2-Part Conversion Varnish (Lacquer Base)

Our cabinetry is finished with a professional-grade 2-part conversion varnish, also known as a lacquer-based finish. This is one of the most durable wood finishes available, used by high-end furniture and cabinet makers.

Unlike single-step lacquers, a conversion varnish uses a catalyst (hardener) mixed with the lacquer base before application. This chemical reaction creates a finish that is:

  • Extremely Durable – resists scratches, moisture, household chemicals, and everyday wear.

  • Smooth & Beautiful – provides a silky, furniture-quality look and feel.

  • Long-Lasting Protection – won’t yellow, peel, or break down easily over time.

The result is a finish that not only enhances the natural beauty of the wood but also provides superior protection for years of use.
